now select options from the diagnostic menu. If you have an iPod video, press the
Menu button to run the tests manually, or press the Previous button to auto-test the
iPod. To see the diagnostic menu, press Menu.

Decipher the
Diagnostic Menu
The diagnostic menu is all about choices, choices,
choices, and when you see them, you might feel like
you??™re looking at hieroglyphics. If so, let Table 2-1
be your Rosetta Stone. Not all iPods offer the exact
same diagnostic options, so if you don??™t see some of
these in the menu, don??™t sweat it too much.
